What time does Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park open for admission for the Joliet Blues Festival?
The Park will open for admissions at 3:00 p.m. Please check in at the admission table on the north or south side of the park. Wristbands are required for all guests, including a special wristband required to purchase alcohol.

How much is admission?
Admission to the festival is $15 per person at www.tickettailor.com up to the start of the the first band at 3:30pm. After that, tickets are $20 at the gate.

Where can I park?
There is FREE PARKING on the south side of the park. Access the lot from the west side of the river by driving EAST on Jefferson from Center Street. Musicians only enter from Cass on the north side of the park.

What items are prohibited from being brought onto festival grounds?

May I bring alcohol into the Park?
No outside alcohol is ever permitted in Bicentennial Park. Beer, wine and limited mixed drinks will be available for purchase. Alcohol sales end at 9 p.m.

Is food available in the Park?
There will be several options to purchase food including:

The Unforgettable Chef, Tom Grotovsky, will be grilling hamburgers, hot dogs, and Cajun sausage sandwiches.

There will be a taco truck and dessert vendor.

Can I bring a folding chair and blanket into the Joliet Blues Festival in Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park?
Yes, but no umbrellas

What about items I lost or found in the Park?
To inquire about lost or found items in the park, please call 815-724-3761 or come to the front desk inside the main park building.

May I bring a picnic basket?
NO outside food or drink is allowed during festivals at Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park. This is the park’s largest fundraiser of the year. All food and beverage proceeds go to the park foundation. Thank you!!

What is the rain policy?
The show will go on if possible. If necessary, we can move inside to the Bicentennial Park Theater. There will be no rescheduled performances. No refunds in case of rain.
Are recording devices allowed during a concert?
Professional photography, video or recording devices are prohibited at all concerts. However, for all you amateur shutter-bugs and blues fans we would love for you to post short videos, photos, selfies, etc. during the show and tag us and your favorite artists/bands!
